We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and the content of the resumes and job descriptions you upload. We also collect metadata via our auth provider (Clerk) to secure your account.

2. How We Use AI & Data

Crucial Disclosure: We use Artificial Intelligence to analyze your resumes. Your personal data is processed to provide tailoring recommendations. We do not sell your resume data to third-party recruiters or use your private resumes to train public LLMs (Large Language Models) without your explicit consent.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Resume Tailor does not store your credit card numbers or full billing details on our servers.

4. Data Retention

We store your resumes as long as your account is active. You may delete your data or your entire account at any time via the Settings dashboard.
