By using Resume Tailor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. "No Guarantee" Clause (Disclaimer)

Resume Tailor provides tools to optimize resumes based on AI analysis. We DO NOT guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. The hiring process is subjective and controlled entirely by third-party employers. You use our suggestions at your own risk.

3. Accuracy of AI Content

AI can occasionally produce inaccurate information (hallucinations). You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy, honesty, and professional integrity before submitting it to employers.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

Billing is managed by a third-party processor. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by local law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your inability to secure employment.
